Website for Suara Festival 2023

👋 Hello! I’m glad to see you here.
This was a small website project for a music festival in Bali (10,000+ visitors). The main goal of the website was to engage people who are currently in Bali and convert them into customers.
I didn't have a large team. It was just me and a zero-code developer. I handled all the stages, from structuring, and research, to development control, entirely on my own.

Straight to the interesting part

Let's skip the process of prototyping and coming up with a structure and talk about deign. It’s aimed at both tourists and residents.
Illustrations for the festival brand were created in collaboration with the renowned Indonesian artist, Monez.

Field testing

The peculiarity of festival websites in Bali was that over 90% of sales occurred in the last 1-2 weeks. It was essential for me to proactively test how people, both tourists and locals, react to the website and understand if they are willing to pay.
I conducted a field usability study, compiled a report, got the updates approved by the product owner, and handed it over to the developer.

Now I was able to put things in order

I paid close attention to consistency in the layouts and guidelines. All elements were aligned with styles, and repetitive elements were organized into components.
All pages were built using auto-layouts.

And that's what happened as a result

The project was implemented in a short time. As information became available, I quickly added it to the website.
Suara website made over 70% of online sales.
