As the Platform Design Lead at Alfa Bank, one of Russia's top three banks (similar to Chase Bank in the USA), my job was to ensure that user scenarios looked and worked consistently across our complex business app.

My role involved:

✦ Ensuring designs are user-friendly and consistent

✦ Spearheading the creation of innovative design concepts to meet business objectives

✦ Setting up efficient design processes, including reviews, workshops, and design sprints

✦ Providing mentorship and training programs to empower designers
