The client had a limited budget as it was a startup. I set the following goals:
For the client: Creating the company's first website without involving a large team. The client wanted to quickly create pages for new properties, as some properties in Dubai are sold within 3-5 days.
For the user: Having access to all necessary information to make an informed decision about working with this company.
I started by researching real estate websites and learning about the business to plan the website's structure.
Design conception

I gave equal attention to both the mobile and web versions of the website since the usage scenarios for the finder's experience are 40% web and 60% mobile. Therefore, both versions are crucial.

I focused on the real estate property page. Since there would be many of these pages, I decided to create a flexible template that could be reused as needed.
I analyzed over 20 real estate websites and identified the essential blocks that should be present in the template.
